BIO

Guy Yanai (b. 1977, Israel) attended Parsons School of Design, New York, NY; The New York Studio School, New York, NY; Pont-Aven School of Art, Pont-Aven, France; and received a BFA from Hampshire College, Amherst, MA. Yanai has had numerous solo exhibitions nationally and internationally. Recent solo exhibitions include “In The Shadow of Young Girls in Flower”, König Galerie, Berlin; “The Things of Life”, Miles McEnery, New York; “The Caboose”, Praz-Delavallade, Los Angeles; “Eté 2020”, Niels Kantor Gallery, Beverly Hills; and “LIFE IN GERMANY”, Conrads Gallery, Düsseldorf. Recent group exhibitions include “Art Week Berlin”, with König Galerie, Berlin; “Home Is Where the Art Is”, De Kunsthal Rotterdam, Rotterdam; “L’été retrouvé”, Praz-Delavallade, Paris; “25 Years”, Harper’s, East Hampton; “2022: Domesticity”, Steeve Nassima Foundation, Tel Aviv; Dallas Art Fair, with Miles McEnery Gallery, New York; and “The Natural World: Part II”, Alexander Berggruen, New York. Yanai is the co-founder of Yundler Brondino Verlag, a publishing house started with Aurore Chauve, and has worked on a collaboration with Hermes.
